The storage sheds only include, gable vents, black hardware, and 3-tab shingles. The garden shed, harbor view, and classic view include gable vents, black hardware, window shutters, flower boxes, and 3-tab shingles.
How long do the sheds last?

What are the requirements to install the shed?
We require 3 feet around the shed during installation. If you can’t provide the 3 feet clearance you will be charged a $300 clearance fee.
The shed cannot go on a slope greater than 10 inches.
We need an opening of 3 feet min. to get through with the shed.
If the distance from the unloading spot to the where the shed is being placed is greater than 100 feet you will be charged a $200 carrying fee.
Do we remove old sheds?
Yes, call for pricing. We will ask for a picture and measurements of the shed for accurate pricing.
Does the customer need a permit?
Every town has different requirements, check with your local town/city hall. The customer has to pull a permit if the town requires it. If for some reason on the delivery day, the town stops the installation, you will be charged a $250 rescheduling fee.
What type of prep needs to be done before the delivery of a shed?
We level the shed on cement blocks which we provide during installation. We do not offer ground prep services.
We ask for a 3-foot clearance around the shed and the shed can’t go on a slope greater than 10. inches.
If you choose to do a slab or sonotubes please let us know so we can provide the measurements.

Do we sell the sheds as kits?
No.
Do we have sheds ready/in stock?
No, we prefabricate each shed for each customer.
How does the shed arrive?
It arrives in pieces and the crew assembles it on site. We do not drive into your yard unless permitted. The assembly time varies for each shed.
Do the sheds have a warranty?
5 years from the date of installation for customers who ordered a shed after April 29, 2022, with our current pricing. This warranty is based on the workmanship of Rhino Sheds.
Can a customer return a shed?
A customer has a cooling off period of 7 days to be able to return the shed with a refund of 50% of the shed (this does not include the price for the removal of an old shed, special order vinyl, or special add-on).
Do we do custom sheds?
We can customize the shed, based on your needs.
Can I add windows to my shed?
Yes, we have regular windows that open and close, and transom windows.

What is the standard setup for the sheds?
Economic, Peak Storage, and Barn Storage have no windows and the double door goes on the gable end.
The Garden Shed has a double door (left side) and window (right side) on the front wall (not the gable end).
The Harbor View has a double door and 2 windows and the standard setup is the double door in between the 2 windows.
The Classic View has a double door, a single door, and 2 windows. The standard setup for the classic view is the double door on the gable end and the single door in between 2 windows on the front wall (usually the longer wall).
You can change the setup for the doors and windows for the garden shed, harbor view, and classic view but you do have to mention it or it will go with the standard setup.
Can I get vinyl that matches my house?
How long are the estimates valid?
Estimates are usually valid for 2 weeks without a deposit. We can change any prices if needed before getting a deposit.
How long is my invoice valid after I put in a deposit?
As long as a date is scheduled it’s valid. If you choose to put it off then it’s valid for 3 months without the price changing. The price of material is increasing quickly and we will honor the price for 3 months.
